Founder & Former Board Member, SHARE
Dr. Brilliant has practiced Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology from 1965 through 1991 in Rockland County, NY(New York State). Now retired, she is actively involved in medical work in connection with SHARE’s projects. She is the Medical Director of SHARE apart from being a founding Board Member.
She received her B.A. from New York University majoring in Physics and Mathematics, graduating cum laude. She has an M.A. in Geophysics from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, and an M.D. from New York University.
Dr. Brilliant holds fellowships in Hematology and Oncology at Sloane-Kettering and Cornell University.
She has organized SHARE’s Mobile Clinics in Kenya and has also supervised several of SHARE’s women’s groups in Kenya.
