SHARE founder and president Dr. Martha MacGuffie is currently in the Lake Victoria region of Kenya, Africa where she will be administering the Cytozan to children with this disease. Describing the disease’s symptoms, Dr. MacGuffie said that the children develop extremely large tumors, primarily on their face. She added that, without treatment, many of them starve to death because the tumors prevent them from being able to eat.
