Hello, I’m David Violante, a New York state paramedic and Emergency Medical Services Coordinator with SHARE – the Society for Hospital and Resources Exchange.

SHARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in Africa.

Since its inception in 1987, SHARE has sponsored many short and long term projects like mobile health clinics and an orphan sponsorship program in Africa.

We have also transported over a million dollars worth of medical supplies to their local and district hospitals.

Sub-Saharan countries, like Kenya, have been hit hard by HIV and AIDS.

The United Nations estimates that over 6 million adults in Kenya are infected with the HIV virus and that more than 1.1 million children in Kenya have been orphaned by the disease.

SHARE is fighting for these children, with donations from local sponsors, through our Orphan Sponsorship Program. This program provides basic necessities, healthcare, education, and a chance for a brighter future.

These children need your help. Sponsor an AIDS orphan today.

All donations provided to the Orphan Sponsorship Program are 100% tax deductible.

Provide the gift of hope to a child orphaned by AIDS.

Call 845-634-8798 to find out how you can sponsor a child or visit our website at shareafrica.org. S-H-A-R-E Africa.org

Thank you.

This Public Service Announcement was made in cooperation with Shantal Riley – Marist College 2007, New York.
